Agar aapko neeche di gayi kisi bhi situation mein product mila ho toh return ya exchange bilkul FREE hoga — koi charge nahi:
- 📦 Wrong item bheja gaya (jo aap ne order nahi kiya)
- 💔 Damaged product — bottle tooti hui ya leaking
- 🏷️ Packaging defect — seal toot ke aayi ya tamper hui
- ❌ Missing item — bundle mein koi cheez nahi thi

⚠️ Parcel receive karte waqt unboxing ki video zaroor banayein — bina video ke claim process nahi hoga. Yeh aapki aur hamari dono ki protection ke liye hai.

- Parcel ki unboxing video ke saath humse 24 ghante ke andar WhatsApp karen
- Hum aapka claim verify karenge
- Free pickup arrange ki jayegi ya return label bheja jayega
- Replacement ya refund 3-5 business days mein process hoga
💸 PAID Return — Change of Mind
Agar aap product use karne ke baad ya delivery ke baad sirf change of mind ki wajah se return karna chahte hain toh yeh paid return hoga:

Neeche di gayi situations mein return/exchange accepted nahi hoga:
- Product khola ja chuka ho ya use kiya ja chuka ho (change of mind ke case mein)
- 7 din ki window guzar chuki ho
- Unboxing video na ho (damage/wrong item claim ke liye)
- Product aapki taraf se damage kiya gaya ho
⏱️ Refund Timeline
Refund approve hone ke baad:
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: 3 – 5 business days
- COD Orders: Bank account ya mobile wallet mein transfer kiya jayega
